Cookies – I Have Energy

  • 2oo gr walnuts
  • 140 gr almonds
  • 40 gr shredded coconut
  • 250 gr raisins
  • pinch of salt

Know How Now

Grind the walnuts and the almonds together with the coconut and 200 gr of raisins in the food processor. The mixture should be sticky. If not, add a bit more shredded coconut.

Take a handfull of the mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball, add some raisins (3 to 4 raisins per cookie, depending on the size of them). Place the ball on the teflex sheet and press a bit in order to form a cookie!!

Dehydrate for 12 hours, flip the cookies upside down and keep dehydrating for an other 12 hours.

Talaaa!
