French Fries – I feel french
Directions
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into a frie shape. Put them in a bowl to marinate into the olive oil and nama shoyu for 6 hours. You want the fries to be covered by the marinade. Add a pinch of salt. Let marinate overnight. Dehydrate for 12 hours. Eat them all without guilt!

Hi Leah! Nama Shoyu is like Tamari, it's a fermented soy sauce!

You could try to use your oven at very low temperature... But i would recommend you get one, even a cheap and small one, that will help you stay on RF diet! Good luck! :-)

Hi Joey! I am not really changing the temperature of my dehydrator ... it stays at 110-115F and i find it works really well :-) So that's the temperature I would recommend! xx

If you use your oven on the lowest temp possible, use a wooden spoon to prop the door open a little. That way the moisture will not build up inside, causing soggy fries. You can do this with kale chips and other goodies, too. Make sure you keep small children and pets out of the kitchen!
