Carrot & ginger soup – I am warm
Ingredients
- Juice from 8 carrots
- 1 avocado
- 2 Ts olive oil
- Red chili
- 1Ts agave syrup
- Pepper and dash of Himalayan salt
Know How Now
In the blender, mix the carrot juice with the avocado and the rest of ingredients.
Then pour into a glass recipient and put the latest in a pan with water to warm the soup up.
Serve with wome coriander and/or chives.
This is a perfect Autumn starter!
