Mushroom Soup – I am real
Ingredients
- 3 C the mushrooms
- 3 Ts olive oil
- Tamari
- Lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Ts honey
- 3 Ts almond butter
- Handfull of cashews
- Water: real and fresh coconut water and/or mineral water
Know How Now
Cut up the mushrooms and let them marinate in olive oil and tamari for 2-4 h.
Keep aside 1 cup of mushrooms and put in the blender 2 cups of mushrooms with the cashews, 4 cups of water (coconut water or just mineral water), cashews, 3 Ts almond butter, the garlic the tamari, hte olive oil, the honey etc…. all the ingredients above. Blend!
Taste the soup and add a bit of water if you want it more liquid, add some pepper if you feel like it.
Drop the cup of mushrooms you set aside in the soup.
You can have it cold or warm it a little bit (not more than 46degC).
