Simple Green Salad – I Am Light
Directions
For the sauce, put all the above ingredients in the blender and add salt, pepper, olive oil at your own taste. Pour the sauce on top of the salad ingredients and mix until it's good to eat! Simple and green!

Green salad is always part of my meals! You just can't do without it! Love!

Spinach
Rocket salad
3 carrots
3 tomatoes
1 avocado
1/4 cucumber

Sauce
1/4 c pecan
1/4 c walnut
1/4 c olive oil
3 Ts apple cider vinegar
3 sundried tomatoes
salt and pepper
