Know How Now

Ok… the other day I came accross some beatuiful green beans. I realised it’s been a while since I haven’t eaten green beans so I decided to take some with me.

I desparately looked for a raw recipe with green beans,…..

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any so I decided to cook them…. :-( I know, I shouldn’t have but once in a while, for the sake of eating green beans… why not..? and then i made a recipe that I thought I could share with you guys.

Put the green beans in boiling water and let them in the pan for few minutes… : -( I feel really bad to write that on our website… IF YOU DO KNOW HOW TO EAT GREEN BEANS RAW LET US KNOW PLEASE!! :-)

Then cut the green beans in small and cut some bits of cauliflower.

Mix together and prepare the sauce.

Sauce:

Mix 1 TS tahini with 2 TS tamari and 1 TS honey. Mix until you have a sauce. You will be amazed by the smell at that stage! then, zest some ginger and add a pinch of salt. Mix some more and pour the sauce on the veggies.

Mix

Enjoy!

PS: dont fogert: if you do know how to eat green beans raw, and if we can ( I also read it was toxic…?), do not hesitate to let us know!

    cooked green beans? bleh.
whats wrong with eating them raw all on their own. When I was a child I would pick green beans straight from the garden and eat them raw… i hated it when my mom cooked them, they always tasted better to me raw.
I like to break them in to pieces and have them with sundried tomatoes, olive oil, greek herbs, and some raw almond feta or other nut cheese of choice.
