Know How Now
Ok… the other day I came accross some beatuiful green beans. I realised it’s been a while since I haven’t eaten green beans so I decided to take some with me.
I desparately looked for a raw recipe with green beans,…..
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any so I decided to cook them….
I know, I shouldn’t have but once in a while, for the sake of eating green beans… why not..? and then i made a recipe that I thought I could share with you guys.
Put the green beans in boiling water and let them in the pan for few minutes… : -( I feel really bad to write that on our website… IF YOU DO KNOW HOW TO EAT GREEN BEANS RAW LET US KNOW PLEASE!!
Then cut the green beans in small and cut some bits of cauliflower.
Mix together and prepare the sauce.
Sauce:
Mix 1 TS tahini with 2 TS tamari and 1 TS honey. Mix until you have a sauce. You will be amazed by the smell at that stage! then, zest some ginger and add a pinch of salt. Mix some more and pour the sauce on the veggies.
Mix
Enjoy!
PS: dont fogert: if you do know how to eat green beans raw, and if we can ( I also read it was toxic…?), do not hesitate to let us know!

cooked green beans? bleh.
whats wrong with eating them raw all on their own. When I was a child I would pick green beans straight from the garden and eat them raw… i hated it when my mom cooked them, they always tasted better to me raw.
I like to break them in to pieces and have them with sundried tomatoes, olive oil, greek herbs, and some raw almond feta or other nut cheese of choice.
