9 Ways To Use Aloe Vera Leaves

Aloe Vera is one of those products that I never used before I went raw. And since I starting using it, I absolutely love it! It has loads of applications and has incredible benefits and properties!

Here are some tips on how to use Aloe Vera:

1 – Aloe Vera is super hydrating! Cut an Alo leave length wise and rub it against the skin of your body and face. Let it dry, it would take 10 to 15 min, depending on how much you put on it.

2 – Treat sunburns or minor bunrs from any other hot sources: iron, kitchen accident, etc… Aloe Vera contains cooling properties similar to menthol that helps soothing burns.

3 – Got a bruise? Put some aloe vera to help healing quicker.

4 – Itching from insect bites or alleviating rashes? Don’t worry ! Ale Vera  has some calming properties as well! Apply a bit of the gel inside the leave on the damaged skin.

5 – Need a scrub? Mix 4 Table spoons of Aloe gel with 1 table spoon of fine pink hymalayan salt and apply to your body, then scrrrrrub and enjoy a baby skin!

6 – Buffer a piece of alo on your blister to help healing.

7 – Prevent the growth of warts

8 – Reverse signs of aging and wrinkles!! You can apply alo on your skin and/or you can eat the gel inside the leave. Matt and I blend a piece in our morning smoothie every morning! Try it! It ‘s only doing you good!

9- During winter time, I would definitely recommend to apply it on chapped lips…

Enjoy!
