3 Ways of making raw pasta (zucchini / Courgette based pasta)

Hi Guys!
I thought this post would be useful.
It is about how to make pasta in the raw food world.
In a raw food diet, we are not including gluten or rice pasta/noodles as the latter should be boiled, cooked etc + gluten is not something that we eat considering all the intolerances the body experiences towards it. (remember me to write a post about this too!)
So in order to have your pasta the healthy way, without guilt, watch my video and remember to try it at home! :-)

Exactly! Regular Cashews, raw is always best, not salted or roasted obviously!
