Raw hummous with sprouted chickpeas… Are you sure?

Hi guys,

I’ve just tried out a recipe from www.living-foods.com, the recipe i tried was this one:

So… I had the sprouted chickpeas, the raw tahini, the garlic clove, the lemon, the orange, the paprika… I even had the sesame seeds!
I put all that in the blender and oh my god… yik… that was so bitter!!! I tried to add more tahini, a bit of cumin, etc… nothing did the job… I had to throw the mixture away…
So… it’s just to advise you that this recipe was not to my taste, neither of Matt’s taste…
Let me know if you find a better raw hummous recipe than that…

Exactly! Regular Cashews, raw is always best, not salted or roasted obviously!
