Raw satay sauce
Directions
In a high speed blender, put the whole pot of almond butter, half the chili, a good head of chopped ginger, the honey and tamari. You should add a tiny bit of water but you want the mixture to remain creamy. Then, wash the broccoli and cut some branches into dips. This is so yummy as a dip and always appreciated by guests. It's a good introduction as well for the non-raw guests! Enjoy!
