Directions
Put the brazil and pine nuts in a high-speed blender. Peel the garlic clove and put it in the blender as well. Blend (without water). Try to make a nice powder and put in a bowl, store in your fridge for a week. It's so easy and quick to do and it really adds a delicious and interesting taste to your meals! It's yummy on top of anything: salads, cheese, spreads... Enjoy!
