Raw Vegan Burger – I Am Rich
Directions
Peel the beetroot and the carrots. Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Process and then form some burgers with the mixture. Put in the dehydrator for 4-6 hours. Then Take your burger and put it in a big romaine lettuce, spread some raw sour cream, top with a slice of fresh tomato and sun-dried tomato, a slice of an avocado, sprouts and roll up in your lettuce leave and bite into it! Enjoy!

2 cups of mushrooms
1/4 cup tamari
Basil to taste
Thyme to taste
3 carrots
1/2 beetroot
1 celery stalk
1cup hazelnut flour
1/2 cup grounded flaxseed

:cool: Burgers, yum, yum. Great for my hubby to take to work, he says he can't work and eat RAW! I believe he can.

Hi cassandra! Just add more vegetables! That will do! Carrots, beetroot, celery etc...

Hi Paul! Thanks! It's not a big project, it takes about 15min to do! and then let it in the dehydrator for a couple of hours! xx

Exactly! Regular Cashews, raw is always best, not salted or roasted obviously!
