Raw Vegan Burger – I Am Rich
Directions
Peel the beetroot and the carrots.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
Process and then form some burgers with the mixture.
Put in the dehydrator for 4-6 hours.
Then Take your burger and put it in a big romaine lettuce, spread some raw sour cream, top with a slice of fresh tomato and sun-dried tomato, a slice of an avocado, sprouts and roll up in your lettuce leave and bite into it!
