Melonny Salad – Ring My Bell!

Ingredients

1 melon

fresh mint leaves

1 big tomato, or 2-3 medium tomatoes

1 head of romain lettuce

1 red chili pepper

1 avocado

1 red bell pepper

Dressing: olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, pepper and a touch of garlic powder

Know How Now

Wash the salad and chop the leaves in tiny bits.

Then remove the skin of the melon, remove the seeds and cut the whole melon in chunks.

Chop the tomato(es), the avo and the red bell pepper.

Chop the chili pepper finely and add it to the dressing: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Mix the whole thing and serve!

The creaminess of the avo, the sweetness of the melon and the hotness of the chili pepper is a great combination!

Matt & I absolutely LOVE this salad!
