Raw Melted Cheddar – I Am Delectable!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked cashews
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove or a1/2 ts of garlic powder
- juice of a lemon
- pinch of salt
Know How Now
Put all of the above ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smoothe.
This is great on wraps, fajitas, burgers, over salad or as a dip with crackers or carrot sticks!
