Hi Everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been to the Vitality, Longevity and Genius conference in London, organised by our friend Kyle Vialli.

The conference was awesome, Kyle managed to bring 3 amazing speakers: Dr Hamilton, Dr John Demartini and of course David Wolfe!

The subjects all evolved around nutrition, raw food, and how our mind and body are completely inter-connected.

It was fascinating and i got to meet a lot of really cool people and also catch up with friends.

But the point of this post is Onion Bread! Aya is the owner of Pura Vida, which used to be a raw food catering company but her onion bread was so popular that now she’s so busy making it and selling it all over london!
