Raw Chocolates – I Am In Love!
Directions
Crush the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder or in a sandwich bag (like I do in the video)
Then mix the raw cacao powder with the melted cacao butter and the honey. Stir until everything is incorporated.
Then add the cacao nibs, the gojies and the crushed sunflower seeds. Stir well and pour the mixture into ice-cubes mold.
PUt in the freezer for 20min or in the fridge for 1 hour.
When done, pop the chocolates out of the mould and store them in the fridge.

Exactly! Regular Cashews, raw is always best, not salted or roasted obviously!
