Raw Hummus Recipe
Soak the chickpeas overnight or at least for 10-12 hours. Then, put them in the blender with the juice of 2 lemons. Add the olive oil, the garlic and the tahini. Use salt as you like it, I usually put 2 big pinches of salt. Blend until it's smooth. You can add some water to help blending. Once smooth, put the mixture in a recipient and add some olive oil and paprika! Voila!

Sounds amazing. Gonna try it tonight :)
it would but bear in mind that brazil nuts have a very special texture, it's creamier than walnuts, a bit more oily as well. Have you tried with walnuts? let us know how it comes out!
I have never tried it but it could work! Did you try?
This looks and sounds so healthy, as well as tasty too! Just ran out of brazil nuts, I wonder if walnuts would cut it. Thanks for the great recipe!
Can pumpkin and sesame be used instead of sunflower?
