I just love your recipes-I can vouch they are reliable, easy to make and incredibly tasty, your gazpacho is on the menu for the whole summer, to mention just one of them. I have been raw for over two years, my boyfriend started by immitating me and falling in love with the lifestyle, my Mum has finally resolved some longtime issues through raw food (poor digestion) and my Dad-whom I’ve been serving raw meals for the past 5 days says ha wishes he could affored me as a private raw chef.

I love your recipes! I’ve adapted many of them (mostly because I didn’t have the right ingredients on hand) and they’ve still turned out FAB. U. LOUS. My little rawkstars (aged 5, 3 and 3) love them too. In fact, at the daycare, their caretakers tell me that they say to everyone that the ice-cream served there is good, but Mom’s “coco glacé” is better!

I would love to learn about foods that up the metabolism.
I seemed to have plateaued.
Being a fitness junkie and eating a lot if animal protein, now I am starting the path of a plant based diet and raw food is what gets all my attention. I’d love to get the book to learn a lot about raw food and start living this lifestyle for good!

This program is just what I need to finally kickstart my raw life.
I too have been high protein low carb and was able to lose 50lbs. Sadly I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and all my studies have led me in the RAW direction. I did pretty well there for a while and noticed a huge difference but with an out of town family wedding, vacation and no money I’m afraid I’ve had little to no success recently. I am desperate to find my way back to RAW and healing health!!! I am looking forward to seeing your new book for direction and tips. Thank you for your efforts and keep up the hard work!

Hi Audrey! I would like to know what to do when you come off eating raw and how to get back on, especially after some length of time and change of seasons, when raw is not as abundant not appealing (i.e.: winter-time in the NW USA).

I also concur with the two ladies who mention protein diets. Coming from a competitive figure (bodybuilding) back ground your book helped me with easy ways to try raw food. I feel in love, felt I healed my body in some ways, but still have reservations about getting 15% protein with out eating tons of fat in nuts -which does not work for me- or really supplementing. Your thoughts would be great!
