A few days ago Matt and I went skiing in Verbier, Switzerland! Yay!
Love the fresh and pure air, love the views, love the fact that you’re having fun while working out, love the after ski, but… to be perfectly honest, it’s not the best place if you are on a raw food diet!
It’s great to claim to be ‘raw‘ or at least try to be one when you’re in the comfort of your own house… but what really happens when you’re outside… in the ‘real world’… i.e. … at work… surrounded by your colleagues.
When we invited our good friend Henri to experience a raw diner at home, we didn’t expect such a present. At first we thought it was a kind of flour… or plant.
Every holidays, I always come back thinking these were the best holidays… And this summer, we’ve been travelling through the North East Cost of America.
You guys living over there are very lucky! Nature is beautiful, abundant, preserved.
We managed to stay raw during our holidays and if you’re interested to know a little bit more about our holiday diet, read on!
We are travelling through the north east of the US:
- Up-state New York and
- New York City Itself!
