Raw Melted Cheddar – I Am Delectable!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of soaked cashews
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove or a1/2 ts of garlic powder
- juice of a lemon
- pinch of salt
Red Pepper Tahini Dressing – I Am Original
Ingredients
2 red bell peppers
1 cup raw sesame tahini
1 garlic clove
1 cup of mineral water
1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 drops of liquid stevia
Dulse or kelp powder to taste
Optional: Italian seasoning

- 1/2 orange
- 1 tbps apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 ts mustard seeds
- Fresh herbs: mint, parsley or coriander (or all of them!)

- italian seasoning (to taste)
- 2 Ts of squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Ts of tamari
- 1 cup of water
House Dressing – I Am Cystal Clear
Ingredients
- 1c plant oil (sesame, pumpkin, flax, oilive)
- 1/4c fesh lemon juice
- 1/4 nama shoyu or tamari
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2Ts mustard seeds
- 1/4Ts cayenne
- 2 Ts water
