    No Fiona, you haven’t missed anything! This bread is raw onion bread. I bought it from a local health shop who sells raw stuffs.

    Hi, I was just making my shopping list for the Raw Strawberry Cheesecake and I came across a problem. In your list of ingredients it says 1.5 cups soaked cashews but in the directions it calls for 3 cups…..which one is it? I think I will wait to make it until I know for sure :grin: Also, if I want to use only stevia as a sweetener, how much should I use? Thank you!

Exactly! Regular Cashews, raw is always best, not salted or roasted obviously!
